Rashad Ahmed Hauter

Raleigh, North Carolina

With my unique background as a former Assistant District Attorney and as a former statewide Resource Prosecutor, I am in an advantageous position to better defend those facing criminal charges. I look forward to using effective legal strategy and rock-solid legal preparation to fight for your rights.

As a statewide Resource Prosecutor, I traveled across the state prosecuting criminal cases in both district and superior court in 17 counties. In this position, I was frequently contacted by prosecutors and officers from around the state for legal advice and technical assistance on criminal matters.

I have tried over 50 jury trials and over 1500 bench trials. Because I am not afraid to take a case to trial, I can fight for better outcomes from the prosecution.
